Lisa Bond
Lisa is our Operational Manager. She oversees business planning and policy development as well as day to day logistics.
Lisa manages staff recruitment and induction and is often the first point of contact for client enquiries. Lisa works with schools to ensure their needs are well met and to offer support and solutions to challenges they may face.
Lisa is also a qualified Advocate and Trainer and has over 20 years of experience of developing and running training courses and events. She has provided statutory advocacy, working with the Human Rights Act, Care Act, Mental Health Act and Mental Capacity/Dols legislation representing people across different services with different associated needs. In her personal life, Lisa has lived experience of neurodivergence and a consequence of this, Lisa is passionate and understands the diverse needs of our clients and ensures that all policies and practices reflect current research and practice.
