Lisa Bond

Lisa is our Operations Manager and often the first friendly voice clients hear when they contact AYC. Lisa manages staff recruitment, overseas the running of assessments and supports schools ensuring their needs are met, offering solutions to any challenges they may face.

With many years’ experience in health and social care advocacy and training, Lisa is dedicated to ensuring every individual and family receives a supportive, seamless, and positive experience from start to finish.

As a parent of three neurodiverse children and through her own lived experience of ADHD and Autism, Lisa brings deep understanding, compassion, and authenticity to her role. She recognises the challenges families can face when seeking assessments and support, and works hard to make the process as smooth and reassuring as possible. Lisa’s approach is calm, empathetic, and person-centred, ensuring that every client feels heard, valued, and supported throughout their journey with AYC.
