Joanne is a qualified teacher with extensive experience across all age groups, she has worked in both curriculum and pastoral roles within schools. As a language teacher and Faculty Leader, she oversaw whole-school teaching and learning before going on to establish an alternative provision within a mainstream setting.
Joanne’s background in education gives her a deep appreciation of the challenges faced by children, young people, and families, particularly those with Special Educational Needs (SEN). Joanne combines professionalism with empathy, ensuring that every client feels supported, informed, and valued throughout their journey with AYC.
