Ange Fairweather
Ange is our business and support officer working on administration, finance and quality assurance. She plays a key role in the day-to-day running of AYC, supporting families, schools and clinicians throughout the assessment journey.
Often the first point of contact, Ange manages enquiries, coordinates assessment bookings and provides friendly, knowledgeable and compassionate support, helping families feel informed and reassured throughout the process.
With extensive experience in business administration and a background working with children and young people in educational and pastoral settings, Ange brings a wealth of knowledge, understanding and organisational expertise to her role.
Alongside coordinating our Educational Psychology service and supporting our Autism and ADHD assessment pathways, Ange works closely with our clinical team, oversees administrative processes, quality checks reports and supports the financial administration of the service.
Ange is dedicated to ensuring that every family and professional receives a positive, supportive and well-organised experience. Her attention to detail, commitment and person-centred approach make her an invaluable member of the AYC team.
